Throwing in the Towel?

Throwing in the Towel?

Hey Trista. Remember this?

Justice will be served, it’s gonna happen. – Trista Reynolds

We’re trying to find out how Ayla was killed, why she was killed, and where she was killed. And to do that, we intend on taking the depositions of many of the people who were involved in this matter. – William Childs, Attorney for Trista Reynolds.

Yet now we hear that there’s been a settlement in this case. A settlement for what Trista? Was it for information? Because if it wasn’t for information, and it was for money, then you sold out your little girl. How many depositions were taken? I’ll tell you, according to news reports a big fat zero.

So what was it all for Trista?

If you weren’t able to give Maine State Police information to further their case against Justin DiPietro, Elisha DiPietro, and Courtney Roberts then how is taking money from those murderers “in the best interest of everyone involved”?

Are you involved, Trista?

Just asking.

JUSTIN, WHERE IS AYLA?

JUSTIN, WHERE IS AYLA?

12 years ago today, Justin DiPietro reported his daughter Ayla Reynolds missing from his home in Waterville, Maine. Blood was found throughout the house and authorities say that the people who were in the house that night know more than they are telling.

Ayla’s mother, Trista Reynolds, had her daughter declared dead, and is currently suing Justin along with his sister, Elisha, and his mother, Phoebe DiPietro in a wrongful death lawsuit. Here is an article with an update on the lawsuit. SunJournal.

I started following this case as soon as I heard about it. I contacted Ayla’s family and helped with some blogs dedicated to raising awareness about her case. This was in early 2012.

A lot of strange things happened behind the scenes of those blogs between the two families and other parties in this case, but no one seems to remember it, and I still don’t understand what it all might mean. A lot of it was wiped from the internet, but a great deal is still available if you know where to look.

Of course, I also have screenshots, emails, messages, and just a ton of fascinating exchanges with many of the key players and some very interesting bit players as well. If anyone wants to analyze any of it, they are more than welcome to contact me.

I’ve also done a few articles on the astrology of this case on my other blog: www.forensicastro.com, if you’re into that kind of thing.

But the bottom line is this: Justin DiPietro knows what happened to Ayla Reynolds. Others may know bits and pieces but only Justin knows exactly what happened, and exactly where she is.

Justin, where is Ayla?

Justin Faces Trista (virtually)

Justin Faces Trista (virtually)

Tomorrow morning for the first time since (I believe) the “Balloon Vigil”, Trista will finally hear from his own lips what happened to Ayla. In the past he’s been known to blame Trista and her family. Will he stick to that story or try a new one? Will he throw one of his cohorts under the bus?

If you think about it, everyone else has been able to go about their lives with no problem. But Justin is still a bartender? What a loser.

Of course, it could be months or even years before we find out what he says. The court will keep a lot of it sealed to preserve the criminal investigation, such as it is.

8 Long Years

8 Long Years

It’s been eight long years since Ayla Bell Reynolds went missing from her father’s home on Dec 17, 2011. Justin claims he has no idea where Ayla is, but he suspects her mother had something to do with the disappearance. Trista Reynolds, Ayla’s mother, filed a wrongful death suit laying the blame at Justin’s feet one year ago today. What is the status of the case? I spoke to Justin’s attorney today to find out…

Why now?

Why now?

When I first heard that Trista Reynolds had filed the wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of her missing daughter Ayla Bell Reynolds, and that Justin DiPietro was nowhere to be found to be served I thought…

well, of course, he’s hiding!
